… and suits, tops and sweaters into brushes, pencils and paper.

Geez I wore a lot of gray at my old job. And black. The narrow palette was convenient; separates going together more easily, stretching a wardrobe into more than it really is. Handy for those of us who don’t like shopping.

But now, from the perspective of the full-time creative life I love, I wonder if the colors also may reflect waning enthusiasm for the work I had.

I hope the shoppers at my local consignment “boutique” are in black and gray moods, because that’s where all this stuff is going. And the proceeds will support my new work, just lori works. Yay!

just lori
