I am a-place-for-everything-and-everything-in-its-place kind of gal. That’s how I can be most productive, what makes me happy and allays my anxiety. It’s what I meant early on when I said I wanted to create the right circumstances for creativity.
Disarray had taken over my creative/office space. The miscellany drawer in the kitchen is lodged closed by miscellany, which is as specific as I can be. Electrical cords are unnecessarily right out in open space. You get the idea.
It’ll take more than one day for complete correction, but I’m making headway!
This style of living is not for everyone, I know. Others thrive in alternative organizational or disorganizational systems. And that’s fine with me. As long as they don’t move my stuff.
